Thank you for shopping with IGEE Wellness. We strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak periods, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary depending on your location and courier partner.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible orders, as displayed during checkout.
  • If applicable, shipping charges will be calculated and shown before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS.
  • A tracking number along with the courier partner details.

You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of your shipment.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts before returning the package.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Customer unavailable to receive the package

the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Packaging

Every order is securely packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

We recommend inspecting the outer package before accepting delivery.

If the parcel appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video while opening the package and contact our Customer Care immediately.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipment volumes
  • Courier operational delays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

IGEE Wellness shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


International Shipping

Currently, IGEE Wellness ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of the delivery update.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
