At IGEE Wellness, we are committed to delivering premium-quality wellness products. If you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

A return or replacement request will only be considered in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a product with a broken or tampered seal.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is missing from your order.

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Important: Unboxing Video Required

To process any claim for a damaged, leaked, opened, tampered, or incorrect product, it is mandatory to record a continuous unboxing video.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed shipping parcel before opening.
  • The shipping label.
  • The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
  • The condition of the product after opening.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you receive a damaged, opened, or incorrect product:

  1. Record a complete unboxing video.
  2. Contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Share:
    • Your Order Number
    • Unboxing Video
    • Photos (if requested)
    • A brief description of the issue

Verification Process

Once we receive your request:

  • Our team will review the unboxing video and supporting details.
  • If the claim is found to be genuine and meets our policy requirements, your request will be approved.
  • You may be offered either:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

IGEE Wellness reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria or where sufficient evidence is not provided.


Refund Timeline

Once your refund has been approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed (except where damage or tampering is evident in the unboxing video).

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
